I had a backyard with drainage issues. Even after weeks with no rain, it would be a muddy mess. With rain, it would turn into a pool. I contacted Mid Valley Drain, as well as a few other companies, about getting a quote. James immediately answered the phone and said he could be out first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and by that afternoon I had a detailed quote with multiple options, all broken down by parts and price. Not only was I impressed by the detailed quote, I was very impressed by the price. The next morning James and his team were hard at work trenching my backyard. He had a team of 3 and they worked from 8 AM to 6 PM non-stop. I was impressed with their work ethic and the speed at which they got things done. 2 days later (4 days after calling for a quote), the job was done, and my issues were solved. We have not had any issues since the French drain went in.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors over the years, but James and his team at Mid Valley Drain were a breath of fresh air. Their price was fair, they worked hard, and did a great job!

We had a really bad leak out front and no idea where it was at. Tuesday James stopped by on his way home from another job, found the leak, gave me a VERY reasonable quote and had me scheduled the following morning. By Wednesday morning he was there digging the new line and getting us back up and running sans giant leak. Hands down, won’t call anyone else if we have any other plumbing issues.

I highly recommend this company! We bought a new home and had a swamp in our backyard. Standing water inches thick even after no rain for days. My dog, who loves going outside, hated walking on the grass due to all the water. This company came out right away and immediately figured out the issue. We needed french drains all around the yard to correct this. They quoted is a very low price (So impressed with their honesty!) All the work was done in 2 days! Even though it is still muddy out due to all the standing water, it immediately improved! I am 56 years old and have dealt with many contractors for a lot of things, but this is the first time I have been so impressed. The skill, knowledge, fast work and low price as well as professionalism... I can not recommend them enough! Thank you guys for everything! I was so sad to realize the huge issue in our yard after buying a home we loved and you guys corrected a huge issue perfectly!

Answered the phone right away, and came right out to help with an emergency sump pump issue. Jimmy is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable! And a very reasonable service call price! Showed me the pump works fine. Then he dug out the septic cover area. A full septic tank is our issue. I highly recommend mid valley drain.
